Review: The 10th book is one of the funniest books of the series. While you can read these books in any order, it's best to read them in their published order because there are a few references to older adventures, and the later books are even funnier if you already know the characters. Two of best bits in the Naughtiest Unicorn on a Treasure Hunt are Jake taking on a new responsibility (and taking it everywhere), and Dave (finally!) being good at a quest activity, although this time Mira has other plans. I also enjoyed that none of the characters were being excessively foolish or annoying in the book, that Mira and Jake, despite their differences, got along with each other and that Mira's priorities with regard to what's most important changed near the end of the story. My kid pointed out that some of the task achievements, such as Dave's bouncing on floats, were "insanely unrealistic", but ... well, we shouldn't have too high standards with regard to realism when dealing with a school for unicorns. I recommend this book to everyone who likes the Naughtiest Unicorn series. It's one of the best of the series.
