Review: Great book, answers a lot of questions that tweens have around puberty and growing up. I bought this for my 12 year old, I think it's age-appropriate and there's probably not much in here she doesn't already know. I probably wouldn't give it to my 9 year old unsupervised yet but there are certainly sections that we could read together now, and when she's ready for 'the talk' I think this could be a very handy guide. Every child is different but I think this would be suitable from around age 10/11.

Review: Depending on the age of the young lady reading it, helpful for a parent to review content first. Particularly if it has been bought to prepare for periods (without discussing more sensitive topics)
