Review: I'm not sure if I read this part wrong but there's a part in the book where it talks about the effects of negative ions and how negative ions "suppress serotonin levels" and that "if you deplete the air of negative ions, you experience an increase in serotonin", from other research I've read isn't this the opposite of what happens?
