Review: Hunger Games, Discworld and Game of Thrones are a better guide to the inventiveness, satire, and above all highest quality storytelling than the TV series. BUT. A warning. If your taste is for the tropes of the Tolkien film and TV adaptations you might try a stepping stone like Robin Hobb's Realm of the Elderlings series first.

Review: A couple of the books are scuffed and the box is completely ripped. And, just like everyone else, I'm really not a fan of the Netflix logo. However this price for a full series is hard to beat and they're all still readable and arrived next day so I'm not too bitter.
