Review: I believe this book has finally given me the tools to deal with pain and the beliefs that grew from that pain and which have clouded, sometimes severely, my life. On reading the book rapidly, I visited a painful childhood memory (Witnessing domestic abuse). I now see that beliefs I took from that experience (I can't trust anyone, not even the ones I love most/The world is not safe/I don't matter/This is my fault/I am powerless) have influenced my behaviour..that my mind searches for evidence to confirm those beliefs and in doing so, strengthens them. Leadi g to a really s**t experience of life. Worse, it can impact on children. I am now seeking a re-imprinting therapist in my area. Atthe age of 62, I would like to think I can be free from living through the lens of these painful (and erroneous) beliefs and in time speak to one of my children as (God forgive me), I now see that I (unconsciously) caused unintentional trauma (small 't', thankfully). This also may be the completion of breaking a generational continuation of suffering. It's worth a go.

Review: Having practiced tapping for myself and my young family for a few years now, I thought there must be another level of understanding and action that can be taken. Along comes this book and I am impressed how easy it was to put this into practical use even before I've completed the book. A profound shift in perspective was the result on the first try. Thank you for such a cleverly created book.
