Review: I purchased 5 of these books to give away as presents. This book is amazing, it has excellent vegan recipes which can be shared with the family and friends. Can’t wait for the next instalment of Omari’s books.

Review: I bought this assuming that "recipes from around the world" would mean exactly that. The reality is that they are almost all Caribbean or West African recipes. Absolutely nothing wrong with that, but it's not quite the world tour of vegan cooking I was expecting and also I would need to do additional shopping trips to find some of the ingredients that feature prominently. There's also an awful lot of deep frying involved so not the healthiest (or the safest to do with children). Disappointing and I will sadly be returning it.
