Review: Anna del Conte is one of my favourite food writers and her recipes never fail, lots of great ideas. I love the broccoli and legumes stew and I am cooking my way through the book!

Review: I hate not to be more appreciative, but I was disappointed in this collection. There are not enough recipe suggestions for each type of vegetable, and the ones in the book are quite boring. I was hoping for new exciting vegetable ideas.
