Review: Really good cookbook with lots and lots of ideas to make all kind of burgers, sections on the books are Veggis burger basics, Bean, lentil, grain and nut burgers, vegetable burgers, tofu, seitan, tempeh and tvp burgers, burger buns, sides, salads and fries, condiments and toppings. Includes around 30 Vegan recipes and you could probably adapt the rest to be Vegan and 27 gluten free recipes. Would highly recommend
