Review: We visited the battlefield this summer. It is an immense place; impossible to get your mind around all of its meanings for the British and a couple of Anglophiles. Telling our grandsons about it upon our return, we needed a good book or two to assist us. This is such a book, chock full of interesting illustrations and tidbits of human endeavor. The experiences of that battle became ours much more fully.
