Review: Great book very big too . I’m not a starter at vegetarian cooking but found it useful for a quick cook and using items you have already got rather than tracking through books then having to go shopping because you have not got something . There’s always something you can cook regardless of what you have , saving on waste and saving the planet . My only gripe was if I had waited a day later to buy it I would of saved £6 .
