Review: I am not impressed with this book. There are hardly any recipies for actual main meals, the book is full of boring and basic componants e.g Sauteed Greens, Whole grain couscous and Polenta - which I would not count as recipies. Out if the entire book there are only 3 recipies I want to try. Good points about the book are that it is clear and well laid out with descriptive recipie titles. Another downside for Uk buyers is that it is all in American cup measurments which I can live with for liquids but gets tiresome when it's used for everything such as mushrooms, broccoli and olives.
