Review: I brought this as I suffer with a bad lower back and a physio said I needed to strengthen my core to help with this. So brought this to help know what exercises I need to do and correct form so I don't hurt myself. This book is very clear and alot of detailed illustrations. I would recommend this for anyone looking for more knowledge and begginers for training in or out of the gym.
